House Rules: We kindly request your cooperation with the following house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM. We appreciate your help in turning off outdoor lights when you go to sleep. Trash cans are located In the back alley. Please take them out on Tuesdays evenings and return them after Wednesday's pickup. Cleaning service is available for a fee; please feel free to contact the manager. We ask that there be no smoking inside or outside the premises. To maintain a peaceful environment, we request that loud noises and celebrations be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. We greatly appreciate your consideration towards our neighbors. The parking garage is located in the back alley. The remote is in the kitchen drawer. Please note that if the remote is lost, there will be a $100 replacement fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
