Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open floor plan, featuring a newly renovated and fully equipped chef's kitchen complete with a large island that comfortably accommodates six seats. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish dining area, boasting a generously sized dining table with seating for ten. To the left of the kitchen, you'll discover a spacious living room, complete with an impressive 85" smart TV and surround sound speakers, creating the perfect entertainment hub. The bedrooms are conveniently situated in close proximity to each other, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. The master bedroom is a true delight, featuring a luxurious King-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a stunning master bathroom. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower that exudes a spa-like ambiance. As you gaze out the room's windows, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking views of the backyard, where a sparkling pool and inviting cabana await. The additional two bedrooms each feature comfortable queen-sized beds and ample closet space. These bedrooms share a beautifully appointed bathroom, showcasing an elegant and spacious stand-alone bathtub. Step outside into the backyard oasis, and discover a covered patio area boasting a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with a barbecue and a bar that can comfortably seat twelve people. Adjacent to the patio, you'll find a covered cabana with a cozy fire pit and outdoor furniture, ideal for lounging and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. The centerpiece of the backyard is the stylish saltwater pool and hot tub, perfect for both relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower, providing convenience for your guests without the need to enter the house. As a bonus, there is also a large trampoline, ensuring endless entertainment for children. For parking, there is a shared driveway gate; however, you will have access to separate parking spots for two cars right in front of the house. Overall, this magnificent property provides an ideal setting for relaxation and enjoyment, making it a perfect choice for both family and friends. Heating options are available for the pool and spa at an additional cost: Spa heating: $100 for 4 hours use Pool heating: $150 every 2 hours

Therefore, we request that smoking be restricted to outdoors only, far away from open doors and windows, to prevent any smoke odor from entering the premises. In regard to events, our primary focus is to provide a peaceful and relaxing space for our guests. While we typically do not allow big events, we are open to considering small gatherings or special occasions when you'd like. Please contact us with your specific event details; we will gladly discuss the possibilities. Also, if you are interested in using our house for filming purposes, we also offer you availability. Please let us know what you need so we can meet your needs together. Please note that there are additional costs associated with heating the spa and pool. Heating the spa is available for $100 every 4 hours, allowing you to enjoy a warm and relaxing experience throughout your stay. If you wish to heat the pool, the cost is $150 for every 2 hours, providing you with the perfect opportunity to take a refreshing dip at your convenience. These amenities can enhance your relaxation and enjoyment during your visit, so be sure to consider them when planning your activities! If you wish to heat the pool or spa, please notify us at least 5 hours in advance. Requests made after 8 PM cannot guarantee an immediate response. Kindly ensure that the use of the pool and spa occurs during regular hours and not during quiet hours. Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy: Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee. Additionally, if extra guests are present without prior disclosure, a fee of $100 per guest per night will be applied. Please inform us in advance of any additional guests to avoid charges.

We generally don’t recommend heating the pool during the winter months (November-March), as it’s difficult to maintain the temperature and can be quite costly. However, the decision is entirely up to you. If you wish to heat the pool or spa, please notify us at least 5 hours in advance. Requests made after 8 PM cannot guarantee an immediate response. Kindly ensure that the use of the pool and spa occurs during regular hours and not during quiet hours. We will charge $1,500 upfront before beginning to heat the pool. This fee covers up to 10 hours of heating. If heating the pool takes longer than 10 hours, an additional charge will apply. If it takes less than 10 hours, we will refund you the difference. Unauthorized Events & Extra Guests Policy: Any unauthorized events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests found hosting such events will be charged a $2,000 fee.
